Arrival: November 24, 2008
The check in was pleasant and the staff was friendly. Check out totatly different. The girl was on the phone and did not acknowledge us. I guess sence we paid when we checked in so I guess she did not need to say Thank You, How was your stay.
Rooms:
We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and it smelled bad. There was no step to get in the hot tub. The furniture had burn marks in a non smoking room. The room was dirty,garbage under the bed.
Restaurants and Bars:
We ate in the restaurant and it was really good. The staff were really friendly and fast.
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
The pool was the best part of the hotel, it smelled bad, too much chlorine but it looked really nice, like a resort. There were people drinking and parting when we were there so it was a bit loud. No security checks.
Activities on and off the Resort/Hotel:
They do not offer any free activities but there is a huge indoor fair, it is expensive.
Other Comments:
I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. I tried to resolve the situation with the hotel and they wanted me to spend another 250.00 then they would upgrade me. You would not think there would be much of an upgrade from the Honeymoon Site.
